Raw Rise Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your Raw Rise purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.
Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us first. We'll help arrange an exchange whenever inventory is available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
