Raw Rise Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Every Raw Rise order is carefully prepared and fulfilled in-house.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after purchase. This includes quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Pre-Orders
Some limited releases may be offered as pre-orders.
When purchasing a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Raw Rise is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
